Starting Price for 2023 - $4800.00 Plus Tax

2-3 visits to the property to plan your event

• Access to the barn the afternoon before your event to the morning after.( ie: 12pm Friday - 12pm Sunday)

• Access to surrounding property, including pond area for ceremony, reception, or photos

  Also includes:

• Use of the many picturesque spots for photos, throughout the property

• Tables and benches for up to 95 people

• 2 banquet/bridal party tables that seat 6 per table (12 people in total)

• Bar area with fridge/freezer

• Parking

• Fire pit

• Designated smoking area

• Porta Potties and wash stations

• Arbor for outdoor ceremonies

• Podium

• Propane heaters for inside Barn
